Requirements: Good medical condition, (heart, knees, back, neck, joints, lungs etc.) Workout clothes and fitness shoes required at all sessions.

Schedule: This course was designed for 6 consecutive Saturdays.

Scheduling and Cancellations: Online: Use the form online at www.maximumcore.com, a confirmation email will be returned to confirm your appointment. In-House: Visit the MaximumCore facility and enroll into the classes you wish to attend. You may enroll into all 6 classes ahead of time, however a 24 hour prior cancellation by email or by phone is required or you forfeit the corresponding session.

Payments: Full payment is required 1 day prior to attending the course. Late enrollment is accepted however fees will not be pro-rated, If you miss a class, you may take a make-up class according to the schedule. Online Payment Method: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express (processed by paypal) In-House Payment: Visa , Mastercard, Cash or Check..

Your Class is Full OR Missed Classes: If you happen to miss a class, additional (make-up) classes may be posted when necessary.

Walk-in attendance: We will allow attendance for non-scheduled sign-ups if we do not exceed the facility capacity.

Class Cancellations: Classes MAY be cancelled by instructor if class enrollment is less than 50% of capacity.

    COURSE OBJECTIVES

  • To teach a woman various techniques from ground grappling, boxing and street fighting
  • To give women the ability to effectively defend themselves from an attacker
  • To develop courage and confidence when faced in a defensive and dangerous situation


INSTRUCTORS

Laura Marcus-Bricca

Laura is a professional Martial Arts and Kickboxing Instructor. She has been trained in Tae Kwon Do, Kickboxing, Ju-Jitsu, Arnis, CDT (Compliance Direction Takedown) and practical self-defense. Laura currently holds a 2nd degree Black Belt.


Jorge Aguirre

Jorge served in the United States Marine Corps for 4 years. He has been trained in Hand-to-Hand Combat and Greco Roman Wrestling and Grappling Training. Jorge also has 6 years experience in boxing and 2.5 years in Personal Fitness Training.
